We were up on the North Shore from Christmas through Dec. 28th. Since we hadn't skied since last spring, we weren't too keen on starting our ski season with slush at the bottom and wind at the top of the mountain. So we just relaxed and enjoyed the area - and visiting Sam and his roomates when they weren't working or skiing. At lake level, we had snow alternating with rain.
